Company «Escape»

Two of us did Escape the Seven Seas and it was fantastic. The decor grabs you immediately, there are multiple threads to tackle at once, and the difficulty ranges from gentle to satisfyingly tricky. I’d seen some of the mechanics before, the hint screen worked well, and the initial split was a fun touch. We played the pirate room in Shadwell as a duo and really enjoyed it. The theming and props were excellent, the opening was great, and the puzzles kept us busy. We raised a small concern by email and the manager’s thoughtful reply impressed us—customer service was stellar.

Second visit with six of us and we chose Witchcraft & Wizardry for more challenge after Area 51. Tricky but fair puzzles, super helpful hosts, and they kindly pushed our time when traffic made us late. We’ll be back again.

Both hosts were genuinely kind and got us briefed quickly and clearly. Hints came only when we needed a nudge, never the answer, which kept it fun. 221B isn’t heavy on props, but the puzzles are varied and interesting, and the hour flew. We’ll be back for the other rooms—easy 10/10.

Loved the set detail and the way the puzzles linked together. Two of us got out with a couple of nudges and felt like heroes at the end. Heads-up: you still need to actually escape after the treasure—great final dash.

Did Taken tonight and had a blast even though the room beat us. Ben kept us laughing and nudged us at the right moments. Creepy in a fun way—coming back for round two.

Had a blast with the 221B game and slid out with about 50 seconds left. Clues were well constructed and tough in the right way, so solving felt great. We’re keen to try their other rooms now.

Booked on a whim and loved it. The puzzles flow nicely and the heist vibe keeps you moving. Our host nudged us at just the right moments over the radio, so we never stalled for long. Would happily do another room here.

Played The Cabin this afternoon with a friend and had a great time. Staff were warm and welcoming, the puzzles felt smart, and the set was immersive and stylish. We enjoyed it from start to finish and will be back for more.

Amazing room but definitely on the hard side. We got pretty far, opened a bunch of locks, though one key behaved oddly. We skipped asking for help, but the TV hints were still super useful. I’d suggest more than two players. We’ll return—maybe for an easier room first, then tackle Taken again.
