AI Overview

AIReviews consistently praise the theming, atmosphere, and variety of puzzles, noting the game ramps up from simple to smart. Hosting gets strong mentions for being friendly and engaging without overstepping. Some props look a touch worn and a few red herrings waste time, and a couple of fans still prefer other Escapable rooms. Overall tone is solidly positive from start to finish.
WeaknessesA few tired-looking bits of set dressing and the odd time-waster clue. Some compare it slightly unfavorably to the venue’s top titles, though still call it good or great.
StrengthsConvincing shipboard setting with slick effects, including animatronics and water moments. Varied, balanced puzzles that make thoughtful use of the space and build momentum.
SecurityWater and moving effects are part of the show, but teams report smooth briefings and close supervision. No safety issues are mentioned in the feedback.
Level of fearNot scary; the tension is situational, not horror. Family-friendly, with excitement coming from the sinking-ship ambiance and environmental effects.
Actors' gameGame masters are energetic and attentive, timing effects nicely and offering helpful nudges. Interaction is via monitoring and hints rather than in-room actors.
Quality of riddlesA broad mix—logic, search, tactile tasks—with a difficulty curve that climbs in a satisfying way. Generally fair and readable, with the occasional red herring that can stall progress. Works for both newcomers and enthusiasts.
PlotFramed for cheating at cards, you’ve got an hour to slip the guard’s office and clear out before you’re marched off the ship, all as icy trouble rolls in. The tasks tie neatly into the ship setting without heavy exposition.
Difficulty levelMid-range and well paced; mixed groups should have fun, and first-timers may just need a hint or two. Veterans will move quickly but still find satisfying reveals.

The set looks fantastic and the water gag absolutely sold the ship vibe. Puzzles stack up nicely and never felt samey. Our GM kept the energy high without hovering. Left grinning.

I played the older version and thought it was great, but the update really levels it up. Puzzles shine, the sinking-ship effects are immersive, and Tom as GM was brilliant before and after the game.

Clever room with a strong theme, though one prop felt a bit past its prime and a red herring cost us time. Still, we had a blast and the flow made sense once it clicked.

Took the family and it hit the sweet spot: adventurous, not scary, and plenty to do. Effects were cool and the story made the puzzles feel purposeful.

Starts gentle, then the room opens up and the animatronics kick in—so satisfying. Loved how many different brains got used. Would happily sail again.

The theme is spot on, though a couple of pieces, like the clock hands, could use a refresh. We enjoyed the challenges, but it doesn’t quite reach the heights of Escapable’s top rooms.

Our host was ace—quick hints when asked and perfect timing on the big moments. The ship vibe felt legit, especially when the room ‘changed’.

Strong Titanic vibe overall, even if a few areas look a little worn. We tripped over a couple of red herrings that ate time, but still liked the experience.

Fantastic, authentic setting, and yes—the water element got one of us far too excited. Great room and, as always at Escapable, excellently hosted.

Solid, fun, and well run, even if I slightly preferred another Escapable game. This one still delivers good variety and a neat finale.

Good, dependable escape, just not on the same level as the other two we played at the venue yesterday. Still worth doing.
