A post‑apocalyptic escape inside a real prison van that feels different from anything in a regular building. Compact, inventive puzzles and a helpful GM make it a memorable, offbeat pick for small teams.

AI Overview

AIPlayers love the fresh concept and the novelty of playing inside an actual van, especially with the outdoor vibe. Space is tiny, best for two or three, and the opening area can be kept open if needed. Puzzles are generally fun and sometimes original, though difficulty can swing from clever to too easy. The GM is praised for being friendly, but limited visibility can make hinting and tracking progress a bit clumsy.
WeaknessesThe van’s condition can feel worn and in need of a deep clean, with occasional damp spots reported. Space is very tight and the puzzle difficulty isn’t perfectly balanced. The GM’s limited view sometimes leads to mismatched hints or missed cues.
StrengthsThe real van setting amps up immersion from the start and the scenario feels unique. Several puzzles feel new and satisfying, and the host support is warm and flexible.
SecurityThe initial compartment is very small, and the GM can keep it open or guide you to the larger area if needed. A few guests noted wear, dirt, and occasional dampness, so watch your footing and clothing.
Level of fearZombie‑apocalypse theme adds tension but not heavy scares; it reads more atmospheric than frightening. Likely fine for teens and adults who want intensity without horror.
Actors' gameNo live actors, but the GM gets shout‑outs for being friendly, accommodating, and ready to adapt the start. Visibility from the control point is limited, so communication may need an extra nudge.
Quality of riddlesMix of fresh mechanisms and straightforward tasks, mostly fair and approachable. Some steps are guessable, but experienced pairs report a smooth flow. Overall variety is decent for the footprint.
PlotYou’re abducted in a zombie‑ravaged world and locked in a prison van that doubles as a makeshift lab. Piece together what happened and how to fix it before time runs out.
Difficulty levelLow‑to‑medium overall with a few bumps; good for experienced pairs or small groups. Newer players should do fine with hints, but groups bigger than three may feel cramped more than challenged.

Brilliant idea and a refreshing break from standard rooms, but the van’s condition dragged it down. Space is extremely tight, a few puzzles felt like freebies, and we even hit a leak that left someone with a wet trouser. With a proper clean, some maintenance, and puzzle tuning, this could shine; right now it’s more rough‑and‑ready than immersive.

A real prison van as the set? Sold. Tight space but big atmosphere, with puzzles that felt fresh and tactile. Our GM was chill and let us keep the door ajar at the start, which helped a lot. Great pick for 2–3 people who like something different.

The van is cramped and one seat was damp when we arrived, which wasn’t ideal. A couple puzzles were basically guessable, and the GM sometimes didn’t realize what we’d already done. Concept is great, execution needs a polish.

Very original setup in a real van. The opening area is tiny, but our GM offered to keep it open and showed us how to move into the larger space, which made it comfortable. We had fun with puzzles we hadn’t seen before, though the GM couldn’t always see what was done and what wasn’t.

We ran it as an experienced duo and it flowed nicely. Surprised how many ideas they packed into such a tiny footprint. Friendly GM, quick hints, no filler.

Loved the concept and the story thread running through the van, but the vehicle itself felt tired and could use a deep clean. Some steps were clever, others were a bit too easy. Still, for a small team it’s a cool change of pace.

Super cool concept and a lovely GM. The beginning is really compact, but we were allowed to keep it open and still finish everything normally. There are some cool puzzle moments and it throws you into the world immediately.

Immersive from minute one and the start is a fun twist. Not scary, just tense in a good way. Clever use of space and a few really neat reveals. I’d bring teens or a curious friend group of three.

Impressive how much content is packed into such a small space. If you’re seasoned players, two is absolutely enough.
