Sam ran our game and he was fantastic. The room is packed and we used every minute, taking a couple of timely nudges. Smart, brainy puzzles and a really considered design. We’re excited to try more of their rooms.

Brilliant mystery with crisp, fair puzzles and a host who knew exactly when to nudge. We burned almost the whole clock and still felt in control. Would happily replay their other rooms.

Great hosting from start to finish and the signposting was spot on. We split up mid-game and that really kept the pace up. Hard, but not mean.

Another strong outing from Escaporium in Halifax. Big thanks to Sam for great hosting and a set of well-themed puzzles. Clues were signposted without spoiling the fun, and each solve made sense. Absolutely worth the trip.

I adore The Escaporium’s rooms and this one met my high bar. Quirky set design, loads of ideas, and as a team of two we felt the clock nipping at our heels—but we made it with minutes left. Would absolutely recommend.

Another hit from this venue. The Halifax theme is genuinely charming, and Sam ran the game like a pro. We even ran into a few puzzle ideas we’d never seen before—very glad we booked.

Loved the story and flow, though it’s definitely more locks than gadgets. Still, everything connected cleanly and we left grinning.

Really enjoyed the room’s local vibe. A couple of puzzles were tricksy and hiding in plain sight, leading to that classic kick-yourself reveal, and the mix kept it interesting.

Super smooth gameplay and a great host. I went with two relatively new players and they had a blast, so it clearly works for all experience levels. Easy recommendation.
