Immaculately designed room that nails immersion—frankly, it nails everything. A sweet combo of tough puzzles and jaw-dropping set pieces, and our GMs were excellent in and out of character. They also mentioned it’s the first escape room with its own soundtrack, which is pretty darn cool.

Brilliantly immersive from minute one. The set evolves as you go, the puzzles click, and the team moments feel earned. Our host stayed in character and nudged us at just the right times. Loved every crawl and reveal.

Truly excellent and our favorite in Margate—spot-on theming, puzzle design, and length. One step was a little fiddly for us, but it didn’t dent the fun. Easily among our top UK games.

We had a small tech blip on one prop, but the host handled it in character and kept us smiling. The tomb look is ace, and the clue delivery ties nicely into the story.

Easily our favorite at Escapement. We ran it as a team of two despite the 4–8 listing, and it’s totally doable if you’re experienced. Clever puzzles for enthusiasts, plus distinctive interactive bits that anyone can enjoy. We drove 3.5 hours and left buzzing.

Set mostly in a single area but used smartly, with tactile tasks and crisp audio/visual moments. The theme is spot-on, and yes, you’ll likely leave sandy. Easy to overthink, yet we still had a great time. Tom wrapped it up with a fantastic, history-packed walkthrough.

Our first escape room and we paired up with two seasoned players. The host welcomed us in full character, the set looked great, and every puzzle worked cleanly with a nice sense of progression. We hit a few snags but still escaped in good time without hints. Big thumbs up for both design and puzzles.

Fully immersive build with a cool spread of puzzles. We stumbled at the start until we realized the manual sets the order, then it all clicked. The sand added to the vibe, and I liked how the story ties into hints.

Very cool space with a few standout puzzles and a fun character host. Missed having a hidden room and wished the footprint were bigger. We took six and that felt crowded.

Some wildly unique, high-budget spaces that feel almost theme-park grade, but lighter on puzzles compared to their other rooms. TERPECA hype had me expecting more, and it felt a bit worn and glitchy on our visit.
