IAMAI is clueQuest’s newest mission and it feels epic in scale, built for enthusiasts. It’s rated 5/5 on difficulty, and we definitely felt it, though the extended 72-minute timer helps. Before entry we had a fun, story-led facial scan, then Rowen brought us into a surprisingly vast space with room for even eight players. Inventive and challenging with tech that worked perfectly and a great vibe. Rowen was full of energy and even granted us a few extra minutes since we were so close. We’re a 150+ room team of three; I’d say four is ideal, six is possible but a bit tight, and there’s tons to do.

Outstanding gameplay and stellar hosting from start to finish. Our GM even noticed our daughter covering her ears and offered to lower the music. The few red herrings were there to support hinting, which made sense once explained. We wished we lived closer so we could play the rest.

Arguably ClueQuest’s best room and the one where the story actually matters. You shrink to reach Mr Q’s office, so everything is hilariously oversized, with almost no traditional locks—just one on-theme lock-and-key. Despite being billed as harder, it flowed well for two because it’s quite linear, and we needed fewer hints than in Revenge of the Sheep.

We visited during the opening VIP weekend and got to chat with the creators, which was a treat. Our team of five still overran by five minutes—there’s so much to do and the space is enormous—so I wouldn’t go with fewer. The 72-minute timer is needed, the robot is adorable, and several puzzles felt genuinely new to me. Strongly recommend for larger groups.

Our 38th room and maybe our favorite yet. So many puzzles that we earned an extra five minutes, and Yasmin nailed the hint balance. Lots of ideas we hadn’t seen before—can’t wait to try the rest.

We went in as seven and loved the multi-person moments where three of us had to do things at once. The logic is fair, the set is gorgeous, and the lack of padlocks makes it feel futuristic in the best way. Top-tier escape for enthusiasts.

We’ve played a bunch of rooms and this was our favorite so far—smart, original puzzles in a gorgeous set, and Rowen was a fantastic handler. Only downside: we’ve nearly finished the ClueQuest lineup and want more. Glitch Hunters next time we’re in London!

We’ve done a lot of rooms, and this one still surprised us with fresh mechanisms. GM timing was spot on, and the puzzle count is no joke. Great challenge without ever feeling unfair.

clueQuest really leveled up with this room. You’re tossed in at the deep end and the starting route isn’t obvious, but once you lock in, it sings. The high-tech puzzles force you to think differently, and it’s tough to talk about the best bits without spoilers. Shout-out to Georgie and Rowen for top-notch hosting, and the 72-minute length is just right.
