While his identity and whereabouts are unknown, it is clear that he is a finely trained doctor. This sadistic doctor also toys with the public by leaving cryptic messages alongside his victims' remains and also surgically embedded into their bodies. Authorities have called for the assistance of many professions to help decode the killer's mysterious clues in hopes of revealing his identity. They call him the Surgeon of Death.
