As the hotel’s management team, you are rightfully proud of the spotless reputation you have built up with decades of hard work and dedication. But just this morning, you have received a call that threatens to shatter the hotel’s good name. Lady Murdoch-Westwell claims an exquisite sapphire necklace and a diamond ring have been stolen from her room as she dined in the hotel’s bistro. Pointing the finger at one of the hotel’s maids, she has already put an expensive claim in to her insurers. You trust your staff and are sure that she must be lying, but can you prove their innocence and protect the hotel’s future?
