AI Overview

AIPlayers rave about the craftsmanship: unique, varied puzzles and a room built with obvious love. Hosting stands out, with Jenny/Jen guiding gently when teams drift off course. The game flows cleanly, keeps both pairs and groups busy, and leans classic with a few clever twists. Humor and wordplay pop up and add charm.
WeaknessesNo consistent complaints surface in the reviews. A few note that some puzzles can get tricky and may require a hint. One comment frames it as more traditional than another room by the same venue, which is a style note rather than a downside.
StrengthsImmersive set design and detailed props sell the haunted-chapel theme. Puzzles are inventive, fair, and plentiful, keeping teams engaged the whole time. Hosting is warm, attentive, and helps nudge without spoiling.
SecurityNo issues flagged; players mention attentive hosting and clear guidance. Standard briefings and responsive clueing keep things comfortable.
Level of fearTone reads eerie and atmospheric rather than outright scary, with no reports of jump scares. Likely fine for teens and cautious adults who want spooky without the nightmares.
Actors' gameHosts Jenny/Jen earn repeated praise for being friendly, enthusiastic, and on-point with timely nudges. Interaction feels supportive, adding to the fun without breaking immersion.
Quality of riddlesClever, unique, and well-signposted puzzles with good variety and satisfying logic. Difficulty spikes exist but feel fair, and the humor/wordplay adds a playful twist. Flow is strong, keeping momentum up.
PlotYou’re restoring a cursed chalice to break the chapel’s hold before time runs out. The story threads through the tasks with a few neat surprises, complementing the classic adventure feel.
Difficulty levelMid-to-tough but fair. A duo cleared it within a 75-minute limit, while groups of five stayed fully occupied; beginners may lean on a hint or two, and enthusiasts will still find meat on the bone.

Great room with puzzles that were tricky in spots but absolutely doable; we cleared it as a team of two within the 75-minute limit. One of my favorites to date.

We were first in and it was excellent. Tons of puzzle variety and a more traditional feel than their other room, yet still packed with twists and surprises—keep creating and we’ll be back.

I can’t recommend this escape room enough. The detail work and puzzle design are unreal, and Jen, the owner, is genuinely lovely. We’ve done plenty of rooms and this one sits right near the top—fantastic.

Loads to do and some very original mechanisms, though one puzzle felt a touch opaque until a hint. Still a great night out and easy to recommend.
