AI Overview

AIPlayers consistently praise the immersive build, standout special effects, and a finale that lands. The room is puzzle-dense with lots to do, so larger teams tend to fare better, and the main challenge is volume under time pressure. Hosts get shout-outs for friendly, well-timed hints. A minority note mixed feelings on linearity and say some theming details aren’t ultra-polished, though gameplay wins out.
WeaknessesSheer volume can overwhelm small teams, and some groups needed nudges. A few players felt certain set details weren’t the most intricate, and opinions differ on how linear the flow feels.
StrengthsImmersive heist vibe with impressive moving elements and a very satisfying vault sequence. Varied, fair puzzles keep people engaged from start to finish, plus a fun finale. Hosts are warm and supportive.
SecurityNo safety concerns reported; staff brief clearly and keep an eye on the run. Moving elements are part of the experience and feel well-managed.
Level of fearNot a scare room; tension comes from the countdown and stakes. Works for families and first-timers who don’t want horror.
Actors' gameHosts Helen and Dan get repeated praise for being lovely, attentive, and spot-on with hints. Interaction is supportive rather than theatrical, which suits the heist theme.
Quality of riddlesClever, varied, and generally logical, with minimal filler and a good mix of tasks so different brains can contribute. The difficulty skews toward managing lots of content quickly rather than obscure leaps. Expect a few standout mechanisms that feel smart once they click.
PlotClassic vault break-in with the power fading and 60 minutes to grab loot and escape. It’s as much about how much you can steal as it is about getting out in time.
Difficulty levelMedium-hard due to volume and pace. Best for 4–6 or experienced teams; duos may need hints but families can succeed with good coordination.

Fantastic experience—maybe my top pick in the South West. Strong theme, great flow of challenging but fun puzzles, and that American-style circular vault door is insanely satisfying. Helen and Dan are lovely, and it’s awesome to see how their rooms keep leveling up.

Came back to tackle The Vault after loving another room here and it did not disappoint. The space is super immersive with thoughtful props and slick moving elements, and the puzzles are clever without being obtuse once you get a gentle nudge. There’s a lot to solve, so 5–6 players feels ideal, especially for experienced teams. Massive thanks to Helen and Dan—we’ll be back for the rest.

Failed as two adults first time, came back with kids and grandparents and escaped. The game is well thought out with lots to do—mostly linear, moderate difficulty, and plenty to keep younger players engaged. The main challenge is the volume, and while the theming isn’t ultra-detailed, the thoughtful touches make the gameplay shine. Worth the trip.

Probably my favorite room so far. Big set pieces and special effects, loads of puzzle variety, and just enough volume to keep us hustling right to the buzzer. Can’t recommend it enough.

Blew me away. The vault door reveal is pure movie magic, and the finale absolutely delivers. Plenty to do but everything made sense once we connected the dots.

Excellent, non-linear heist with smart puzzles throughout. The scene setting pulls you in, and the finale is a blast.

One of the best heists I’ve played in the South West. Big set pieces, varied puzzles, and that clock pressure hits perfectly.

Another great room from this venue. We did all their games in a day and Helen and Dan were brilliant with timely hints when needed. The recommendations we’d heard were spot-on, and we’ll be watching for new releases.

So much fun. They make great use of the space, the puzzles are interesting with no fluff, and the hosts are genuinely sweet. I’m already planning to try the other rooms.

Took a team of five and loved splitting up. Smart mechanisms, cool moving parts, and a proper race at the end. We left buzzing.

Went as a duo and the volume caught up with us—needed a couple of nudges. A few areas aren’t hyper-detailed, but the logic is tight and the payoff rules.

Family run with teens and Grandma. Staff were lovely and gave hints at just the right moments. Loads to do and no one felt left out.
