About the escape room

Overview of artificial intelligence

AIGuests rave about the welcoming staff and how well the room is put together. Many were first-timers or pairs and still had a great time, with the finale getting special praise. The main request is to show difficulty levels on the website to help groups choose.
WeaknessesFew complaints emerged; the recurring ask is a clear difficulty rating on the website. Otherwise, no consistent issues were mentioned.
StrengthsFriendly, attentive staff and a tight, coherent game flow. Varied, logical puzzles with a memorable final challenge. Works nicely for couples and beginners.
SecurityGuests felt welcome and comfortable, and no safety concerns were raised. The quarantine angle is thematic, not threatening, and comes across as family-safe.
Level of fearDespite the outbreak theme, it plays like a tense race rather than a horror room. Families, including an 11-year-old, handled it comfortably.
Actors' gameReviews highlight kind, supportive hosts; no in-room actors are mentioned. Interaction comes through briefing and light guidance when needed.
Quality of riddlesPlayers describe the puzzles as varied, fair, and satisfying, with a standout final step. First-timers stayed engaged without feeling lost.
PlotBreak the lab lockdown and secure the vaccine before the 60-minute incineration countdown ends. The ticking clock adds real urgency without giving away solutions.
Difficulty levelOverall feels moderate and beginner-friendly, given how well first-timers and pairs did. A posted difficulty rating would make picking a room easier.

Skipped the soppy Valentine’s stuff and got locked in Contagion instead—best idea we’ve had in ages. Staff were genuinely lovely and the room was a blast for just the two of us. Only wish the website showed difficulty levels to help pick the next one. We’ll definitely be back.

First escape room for our 11-year-old’s birthday and we finished Contagion grinning. The room is laid out really well and kept everyone involved. We all loved it and would happily come again. Highly recommend.

Great theme and props, smooth flow, and that last sequence is a beauty. Staff were warm and on it from start to finish. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Brought two teens and had a blast. A bit search-heavy in one corner, but a single nudge set us straight and the ending was ace. Would happily recommend for families.

My husband and I tried Contagion as total newbies and had a fab evening. Perfect little date night, fast-paced and fun. We’re already planning a return trip.
