Company The Escape Rooms

This ticked every box for me: fun puzzles, cheeky surprises, a chance to dress up and even dance, lively character moments, and treasure galore. The set squeezes in a lot and opens up as you go, so it never feels cramped. Not especially hard, but packed enough to keep us busy without tripping over each other. The story ties it all together beautifully. I absolutely loved it.

Loved the non-linear layout; our group of five split up and never felt idle. The only knock was the GM nudging us a couple times when we didn’t need it. Still a bright, well-built room with heaps to find.

Pirate vibes for days. We got to dress up, banter with a cheeky character, and dance our way into a surprise reveal. Puzzles clicked cleanly and the treasure-collecting side quests were a joy. Left grinning and a little glittery.

We flubbed the final puzzle but otherwise had a blast as a team of two. Several unique, well-themed challenges and a great-looking set. Staff were lovely and pointed us to other rooms afterward.

Loved the flow and the prison vibe felt spot on. Clever, hands-on puzzles with neat aha moments, and our GM nudged us only when we asked. Left grinning.

Tons of content for a team of five, so we split up and made steady progress. Strong theme throughout and a nice blend of puzzle types.

Awesome fun from start to finish. Smart, distinctive puzzles and loads of interaction. Pete hosted brilliantly. Easily one of the best we’ve played.

The atmosphere is spot on and the set work looks fantastic. There’s loads to keep you busy, and hunting down the coins is a great touch. Nice variety of tasks, a fun host, and an easy recommendation.

Really balanced puzzle mix and very welcoming for newcomers, with plenty to look at and tackle. Our only gripe was the host jumping in with hints a bit early, even on things we’d already cracked.

One of my favorites. The theming lands perfectly and you’re immersed right away. Non-linear challenges let the team spread out while chasing collectibles. Nothing too tough, just very satisfying. Strong recommend.
