Really enjoyable game with thoughtful puzzles and not a single combo lock in sight. There’s live interaction that adds fun without jump scares. They mention adjustable difficulty, but our host wasn’t sure how it changed in practice; still, Connor hosted brilliantly and gave hints only when it saved us from going out of order.

First escape room and we went for Jewellery Heist with just two people, which pushed us hard. The host on the walkie was great with hints and, after time ran out, walked us through the rest, which was super helpful. Highly recommend—I’ll be back with a bigger group next time.

We chose the RHA spy room and loved it. Puzzles were challenging without crossing into frustrating, and our game master stepped in at the perfect moments. We stole the crown with ten minutes to spare, though we only unlocked four of five extras. Fantastic overall.

Brilliant hosting and a spot-on theme. Our group had mixed experience and still everyone had fun. Fun House is a must-do and easily in my top five of over a hundred rooms.

Sara was brilliant—calm, confident, and knew exactly when to nudge us. We tackled the diamond thief game and it was smart and satisfying. Four players felt like the sweet spot. Highly recommend.

Two of us tackled it on medium and it was a genuine challenge. We missed by a minute or two, stuck on the final step, and the debrief showed just how close we were. Lots of different puzzle styles kept our brains busy in the best way.

Great flow and satisfying solves, though the space is tight, so I’d stick to a small team. As seasoned escapers we pushed a fast pace and could probably sub‑30 on a replay. Still, a fun, polished hour.

We tried Royal Heist Academy as a duo and loved the pressure, but wow, the first 15 minutes were chewy. Sarah kept us calm over the radio and we scraped the crown with seconds left. Next time we’re bringing two more brains.

Loved the theme and the flow, but a couple clues felt a bit too obscure in dim lighting. Still, the finale was awesome and the staff were great about nudging us when needed.
