Overview of artificial intelligence

AIPlayers consistently praise the friendly, on-point hosts and the spooky, multi-chamber set. Puzzles are called clever and fun, with teams often escaping right at the buzzer. Repeat visits are common, and the venue rotates rooms. A minor theme is occasional kit issues like dodgy torches.
WeaknessesA few mentions of faulty torches making searches harder. Occult themes and strobe effects won’t suit everyone. No other recurring complaints surfaced.
StrengthsStandout hosting makes the experience smooth and memorable. The atmosphere is immersive and the puzzles feel smart and fair, with good variety across multiple spaces. Many guests leave keen to try another room.
SecurityClear host guidance and monitoring throughout; one team noted solid Covid precautions. Strobe/flashing lights are used, so the warning matters for light-sensitive players.
Level of fearSpooky and ritual-themed rather than outright terrifying, but the occult imagery and ouija-style elements can unsettle some players. Not ideal for young children or anyone sensitive to flashing lights or religious content.
Actors' gameHosts like Zac and Lottie get shout-outs for being friendly, attentive, and timing hints well. No reports of live actors inside the room; interaction is mostly via briefings and clue support.
Quality of riddlesReviews mention clever, fair puzzles with satisfying aha moments and a mix of searching and logic. The multi-room progression keeps momentum and spreads tasks across the team. Difficulty spikes mainly came from occasional equipment hiccups.
PlotYou’re lured to a family cabin by a distant relative and quickly realize you’ve stumbled into a ritual you never agreed to. The discovery-led narrative ties props and symbols together for a steady, unsettling build without heavy exposition.
Difficulty levelMid-tier difficulty with a tight finish for many teams; first-timers can manage with hints, while enthusiasts will enjoy the pacing. Searching can feel tougher if lighting gear misbehaves.

Smart puzzles and a cool multi-room flow, but the strobe and occult touches weren’t for everyone in our group. Hosts were excellent and the set felt polished overall.

We finished Forsaken with only seconds to spare, and it was a blast. Lottie was fantastic and made the whole thing feel special. We’ll be back to push ourselves again—such a great evening.

Team were really friendly and enthusiastic. A couple of our torches were a bit temperamental which made it tougher, but the room was great fun overall—I’d recommend Forsaken.

Zac welcomed us like old friends and the game delivered. Clues felt fair, we had a couple of glorious aha moments, and the finale was a rush. Already eyeing our next room.

Fun, tense and atmospheric from the get-go. One torch flickered which made searching tricky until staff swapped it, otherwise the story and set were spot on.
